RETURN AND DELIVERY POLICY
This return and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) is intended to inform buyers who order electronically (“Platform”) via the www.beiza.com.tr website of Beiza Food Marketing Incorporated (“Company” or “Reseller”) or via the call center (“Platform”) about the return and delivery conditions of the products sold.

- IN GENERAL
- If you order electronically via the platform, you agree to the Pre-brief form and distance Sales Agreement provided to you.
- These Policy provisions do not contain any unfair terms under the provisions of the Regulation on the unfair Terms in Consumer contracts. The provisions do not violate the rules of honesty and goodwill, and are prepared in accordance with the regulations on consumer protection.
- Buyers are subject to regulatory provisions on consumer protection regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
- Shipping charges for the product will be paid by Recipients
- Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the Receiver’s address, with a record of not exceeding 30 (thirty) days. If the product is not delivered within this time period, Recipients may terminate the contract. In the event of termination of the Agreement, Reseller shall receive 14 (fourteen) from the date of the termination notice, including any delivery costs. Within the day, he must repay the Receiver with the legal interest set out in accordance with the relevant legislation and return any valuable documents and similar documents that, if any, have put the Receiver in debt.
- If the recipient cannot be found at the address he ordered, the order will not be placed at any other address. In this case, the Receiver must accept the legal obligations to be raised due to ordering an address that is not available to him.
- If the contractual product is to be delivered to another person/entity other than the Receiver, the Company cannot be held responsible for the person/entity not accepting the delivery.
- The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and, if applicable, with documents such as warranty documentation, user manual.
- In the event that the purchase of the product becomes impossible, the Reseller must notify the Receiver in writing within 3 (three) days of the date of the purchase. The price of the product is returned to the Receiver by the Dealer within 14 (fourteen) days.
- IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID
- If the purchaser does not pay the price of the product he purchased or cancels it on bank records, the Reseller’s obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
- PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CREDIT CARD
- If, after delivery, the Receiver's credit card, which one has paid, is found to be used unjustly by unauthorized persons and the product price sold is not paid to the Reseller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Receiver must return the contractual item to the Reseller within 7 (seven) days.
- IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED FOR UNFORESEEN REASONS
- If there are mucus reasons that the seller cannot foresee and cannot be delivered during the product period, the situation is notified to the Receiver. The recipient may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with the similar one, or delay delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the recipient cancels the order and makes the payment in cash, he will be paid for the transfer within 14 (fourteen) days of the cancellation date. If the recipient made and canceled the payment with a credit card, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 (fourteen) days of this cancellation date, but the bank is likely to transfer it to the recipient's account within 2-3 weeks.
- RECEIVER'S POWER TO CHECK PRODUCT
- Buyer to inspect the contractual property/service before collection; loser, broken, torn packaging, etc. damaged and discouraged goods/services will not be received from the carrier. The goods/services received will be considered undamaged and intact. After delivery, the buyer must be carefully protected from the goods/services. Goods/services should not be used if the right to opt out is to be used.
- RIGHT TO BACK OFF
- The buyer must return the product to the Dealer or to the person he has authorized within 10 (ten) days of the date of the notification that he has used the right to withdraw.
- If the value of the property is reduced or return becomes impossible due to a defect in the Receiver, the Receiver is liable to compensate for the damages of the Dealer at the rate of the impaired. However, the Receiver is not responsible for any changes or deterioration caused by the proper use of the goods or product during the right to opt out period.
- If the sale amount is reduced below the campaign limit set by the Seller due to the use of the right to opt out, the discount amount used under the campaign will be canceled.
- DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
- The buyer acknowledges, declares and undertakes that if the payment transactions fall on the basis of the credit card, the cardholder will pay interest under the credit card agreement with the bank and will be responsible for the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply to legal means; may request the Receiver for the costs and proxy fee to be raised and, in all circumstances, the Receiver agrees that the seller will pay the damages and loss incurred by the seller due to the delayed performance of the debt.
- PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
- By wire Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer), you can do [ ●], [ ●] to any of our bank accounts (TL).
- With your credit cards on the platform, you can take advantage of the single online payment or online installment opportunities for any kind of credit card. At the end of your order, your online payments will be charged to your credit card.
- The company endeavors to deliver the products that the Receiver ordered on the same day to the cargo. The delivery time of the products is 30 (thirty) days in all times as indicated in the product detail. The Company will notify the Receiver in the event of a delayed delivery.
- The Receiver’s requests will be processed to prepare for the type of delivery you have set at the end of the order. Products will be shipped with the carrier [ ●] on domestic orders. The buyer may contact the Company’s account representative to obtain information on the different delivery conditions. The order of the Receiver will be delivered to the carrier at the latest after 2 (two) business days after it has been approved by the Company.
- OTHER PROVISIONS
- The Company reserves the right to make any changes in this return and Delivery Policy and to the Products, Service, opportunity, campaigns, delivery and return conditions to the Recipients as soon as they are announced by the Company on com.tr or other appropriate methods.
- Any complaints and objections due to this Policy may be made to the Board of judges or the Consumer Court of Appeals where Customer or Company’s housing is located according to the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Commerce in December every year.
