The subject of this Preliminary Information Form is to provide preliminary information to the buyer ("Customer" or "Consumer") for the purpose of determining the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and related regulations, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically via the www.parbeiza.com.tr website or the call center ("Platform") belonging to Beiza Gıda Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi ("Company"). This information is provided for commercial purposes in accordance with the principles of good faith, in a manner that protects minors and adults who lack the power of discernment or have restricted legal capacity.

Right of withdrawal and its exercise for buyers holding the status of consumer within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts:
In accordance with the relevant provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts; The consumer buyer; in distance contracts regarding the sale of goods, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without showing any justification and without paying any penalty clause. It is sufficient that the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is directed to the seller in writing or via a durable medium within this period.
However, the consumer buyer's right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts, and the consumer buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal within the scope of these contracts: (i) goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs, (ii) delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date may pass, (iii) from the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery; delivery of those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene, (iv) goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, (v) books, digital content, and computer consumables presented in a material medium if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package are opened after the delivery of the goods, (vi) delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription contract, (vii) accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and the utilization of leisure time for entertainment or resting purposes, which must be done on a certain date or period, (viii) services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, (ix) services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, and (x) contracts regarding goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or provider.
Considering the exceptional cases written in the paragraph above, if the consumer buyer has the right of withdrawal and exercises it, the seller is obliged to return the total amount received and any negotiable instruments and similar documents that put the consumer buyer under debt to the consumer buyer without incurring any expense, within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notification reaches them.
